1. Eligibility

We may refuse service or terminate accounts that violate eligibility rules.
2. Account Rules
To access core features (e.g., character progression, guild creation), you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password) and all activities under your account.
Account sharing, lending, or transferring to third parties is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized access or sharing.

3. User Conduct & Game Rules
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include:
Using cheats, hacks, or exploits (e.g., infinite gold, god mode) to gain an unfair advantage.
Modifying game files or using third-party software to alter gameplay mechanics or access restricted areas.
Harassing, bullying, or discriminating against other users (e.g., toxic chat, roleplay harassment) or our staff.
Posting or sharing inappropriate content (e.g., explicit material, hate speech) in in-game chat or forums.
Infringing on third-party intellectual property (e.g., using copyrighted music in custom character themes).
4. Purchases & Virtual Content
Virtual content (e.g., magical items, mount skins, premium subscriptions) is licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership rights, and virtual items cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged unless required by law.
Refunds are granted only in cases of technical failures (e.g., premium content not unlocking) and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual content at any time, with or without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (e.g., game code, graphics, storylines, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Service content without our explicit written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., guild names, roleplay dialogue) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services (e.g., loss of character progress, account suspension, or data loss), even if we are notified of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed $80. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your account and associated data may be deleted (subject to data retention laws), and you lose access to virtual content and character progress.

8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami, FL, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
